Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, holidays, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address, selected shipping method, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
PC Shopping is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed shipment, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is transferred to the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at info@pcshopping.ca so we can assist where possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
