Refund policy
At PC Shopping, we want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition items or packages
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@pcshopping.ca with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your item is eligible. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pcshopping.ca. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
